Do you have 24/7 365 protection?

In an emergency, every second counts. 24/7 fire alarm monitoring cuts down on the response time of emergency services by automatically sending a signal to a monitoring station when your system detects issues. This gives the fastest possible response time and keeps you protected when no one is at the building.

We are often asked why monitoring is so important, especially when sprinklers, extinguishers, and other safety systems already do a very good job fighting fires. That may be true, but when so much is at stake it is important to have the best protection you can. Fire alarm monitoring could mean the difference for someone's life, and gives you important peace of mind when your building is unoccupied.

Get immediate response with 24/7 Fire alarm monitoring

At SRFE, we’re monitoring and alerting you in good times and bad. We receive, route, and handle the following alarm signals on a daily basis:

  • Sprinkler/Tamper Monitoring: This signal is sent when your sprinkler system has been violated and tampered with.
  • Fire Alarm: This signal is sent from a fire or smoke detection device when set off.
  • Fire Trouble: This signal may indicate decreased performance or suggest maintenance for your system to ensure it’ll work properly in the case of emergency.
  • Fire Supervisory: This signal is sent when it senses that a portion of the building’s fire protection system has been disabled and need resetting.
  • Low Battery: This signal tells us that the system battery for your alarm panel is operating at less than optimum voltage.
  • Power Failure: This signal is sent when there is a power failure, which is critical for commercial fire alarm monitoring for businesses with critical pumps or systems with backup power needed.

These are just a few of the functions that can be monitored through SRFE’s fire alarm monitoring services. Contact us to learn more about other monitoring options.
